It is the best Hotel in Amsterdam for me, we loved the structure of the rooms. The staff was amazing and we were welcomed each day by their dog Jagger, a very friendly labrador who loved to play with our dog.

I loved the stay here. Did feel the price was quite high for what it was, but with limited other options for quiet retreats close to Amsterdam I guess this is your best option! Staff were very friendly too, food at the restaurant also good. Overall great experience - hotel and dinner at restaurant (with wine) cost us around 400 euro.

This is the most dog friendly hotel I have ever stayed at. There is a modest extra fee for having a dog but otherwise your pets are welcome here. There is plenty of room for them to run around and enjoy themselves. As for people, we really enjoyed our stay here as well. We stayed in a cabin in the "Field" section, it was nice, quiet, and comfortable. It's hard to believe this place is so close to Haarlem and Amsterdam, it feels like you are in the middle of the countryside somewhere. The staff are friendly and attentive, the restaurant is a little pricey but the food was good. We will definitely stay here again if we need a quick getaway.

Extra star for the lovely puppy. Overall very average experience, doesn’t worth the money paid I’m not saying it was a complete disaster, was ok but very overpriced. Reasons: 1) no electricity sockets at the hall where we had a business meeting- only one at the kitchen. We’ve spent there all day and it was not handy with the laptops chargers 2) glass walls look cool, but with the view to another cubicle doesn't really make it comfortable- not everyone is ready to share their life with others+ not dark enough at night 3) couch in the room looks cool too but it is suitable to put bags on it, it is neither cozy nor comfortable 4) team dinner was served at the bar there was another big group, who supposed to finish at 7, but they stayed at least till 10 - this was not nice at all 5) food was okay, but not really that fancy as it looks, and the choice was not really flexible 6) breakfast was completely messed up - person with lactose intolerance got yogurt and cheese only, some people got 2 croissants and nothing to put on it, some people - cheese, ham and butter but no bread. It would work if we had a breakfast all together, but it was served individually at the rooms

As a family of four (with two young kids and a dog) we had a wonderfully relaxing night’s stay in one of the Lighthouses. PROS The friendly resident dog, Jagger, helped tire our pooch out. The food was great overall. Burrata with roasted pistachios, padron peppers with pine nuts and the croque monsieur (!) a highlight. The staff were exceptionally patient and friendly. On a cold and rainy winter’s day, the barrel sauna is a real treat. CONS Quite close to the motorway, so traffic can be seen and heard. (Didn’t bother me, but might others) The hot tub took quite long to heat up. (But the kids got to enjoy it before bedtime and that firewood smell was amazing!) The room was clean and tidy, but not spotless. All part of the relaxed vibe there. In summary, we’ll definitely be returning for a longer stay in the summer months so we can take advantage of the pizza oven and swimming pond!

Amazing dog-friendly property right outside the city centre, perfect city escape - highly recommend! We’ve just spent 2 nights in a dog-friendly Cabin. Our main priority was finding a safe property where our two frenchies could explore, play and tire themselves out - that also had some adult perks. The Cabin was perfect for our bubs, the stairs were easy to navigate and the sliding windows were incredible for them. They spent most of their indoor time sleeping in the sun on the incredible stairs - the Cabin had amazing sun exposure. The walking paths on the property were perfect for us! Jagger - the main doggo employee at Unbound - joined us on our walks and it just set our bubs at ease. We saw cows, rabbits and the dogs were rolling on every blade of grass that had a new scent. They were so stimulated on the walks that they basically couldn’t stay awake when we were inside - which was perfect bc that gave the humans time to try out our private wood burning hot tub, explore the sauna/spa facilities - which are incredible! All of the food and drink was amazing - try the Dove cocktail! The hotel was filled with guests, but we literally felt like we were the only people there due to the level of care and service that we received - friendly, responsive and helpful! Favourite things - Jagger, the amazing staff and the way the sun lit up the Cabin.

Stayed here mid week for a one night getaway with some friends and we were not disappointed! We shared a cabin and it had everything we need, it was just a shame that the hot tub was only lukewarm. We rented out the spa cabin for a couple of hours later on in the evening and would definitely recommend doing that! The dinner was fantastic and service good. Felt super relaxed afterwards.
