Last but not least, The Upside Down Amsterdam is a socially conscious enterprise, as our playground is also a reminder that the ‘Right to Play’ is for everyone and that we shouldn’t forget underprivileged kids. That’s why we actively support Stichting Het Vergeten Kind (Forgotten Children). We open our venue to kids that might not have the means or the opportunity thanks to their personal situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The upside down is a great one time experience in my opinion. I went with a friend of mine, it was very fun to fool around in there. We particularly loved the ball pit. It’s great for the younger ones as well.
It’s a very Instagram-able, it’s very aesthetic with amazing backgrounds! Great for taking photos with your friends.
I think it was a bit expensive, as the tickets costs more than your average museum ticket and they do not offer any student discounts. The store is very limited, and we had a lot of troubles printing out our pictures ( also, they did not accept our Dutch cards) and a lot of them were not accessible via the link we received via email afterwards.
It was fun, but I wouldn’t go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is overall fun. If you were the type that enjoys taking pictures for Instagram then this is a place for you. On the other side I don't find this place to be worth the name "museum". There is nothing "museum" about this place. Furthermore some places are dirty, I am especially referring to the ball pool. The staff is nice and you have a locker to keep your stuff while you visit the place.

Great to see a family business providing such a timely service especially just coming out of lockdown. Can't wait to come back again
