I was not lucky with them! Really frustrating! I made an appointment by phone and when I showed up they didn’t have my name in the agenda! Really bad first impression... they seems to be desorganized!

Worst experience I have ever had. Unprofessional, unpolite. They cancelled my appointment without asking. They did not apologize and did not find a solution. Do not trust on line reservation and do not go there. Really disappointed

I have to say it was the WORST waxing experience I have ever had. I went in for the Brazilian wax. It was my second time, my first was in a lovely salon in Ireland, my home country. In fact, it helped me see how incorrect and inappropriate the treatment I received was. The first thing I thought was very unfair was how rushed it all was. It should take 40mins more or less. They tried to do it in 25mins. I was late for my appointment as parking around this salon is really hard to find. I would have been happy to reschedule if I knew they would snap at me and completely treat me like dirt they needed out as fast as possible. They charged me 43 euro, anyone would be shocked if they were lying there naked while the receptionist is shouting in for then to hurry up for the next customer. I am not royalty but that is a very intimate area for all women and a botched job, ladies is not worth 43 euro. The wax was too hot when being applied and the person waxing me would simply blow a bit on it and when I told them, they would just continue to burn me. Their technique was awful to say the least. They just smeared loads on and pulled like 3 or 4 times very slowly before taking it off. This was every time the wax was applied. It was torture. She was still in training but I wasn't warned about how inexperienced she was or offered a lower price. Everyone, I was put on my stomach at some point and asked to hold my buttcheeks open. My boyfriend in the lobby was treated like trash, they offered everyone else tea and ignored his existence like he was being given silent treatment for being late. I am getting a refund because 5 days later the hair was growing back. I exfoliated every day then every 2nd day, and I had loads of ingrown hairs and white headed spots which I am really embarressed about. It is really upsetting since this didn't happen after my first brazilian wax. It isn't my fault, I know that for sure. A friend also gets this kind of waxing done and was shocked to hear about my experience. She has had it done for almost 10 years and never got spots. I have almost 15 spots some started out huge with gross white heads all around the area waxed. It has been 3 weeks now and even with all my exfoliation I still find ingrown hairs. When I look down I almost cry because I paid 43 euro for something that looks like it was done by me. The Brazilian wax is so intimate that it should have been their number one priority to ensure their service was excellent. I feel I walked in and was robbed of 43 euro. WARNING Steer clear of this salon if want to remain comfortable in your own skin!!

I have been a happy customer for years. Always had amazing service and great waxing experience. I don't know what happened but my last three appointments were not that great. They seem less experienced with waxing which is truly a big minus.

Very kind staff,makes sure that you have all the needed information about steps before the appointment (they actually called before the appointment,also sent an e-mail) as well they provided information with after care steps. Products they use seemed good quality(no irritation or weird smell from them),they said that the products are based on natural ingredients (thats a big plus). Lady that worked with me was very professional,friendly and the result was really good ! I am very satisfied with the service they provide,I definitely recommend this place!
