★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super studio! Daarnet mijn rug en schouders laten waxen en het personeel was super vriendelijk, had een afspraak gemaakt via internet voor 15:00 en werd om 14:50 al geholpen! Kreeg goed advies voor de nabehandeling (lauw douchen voor ca 2 dagen) en al m'n haar is weg! Kom hier zeker nog terug.
 Super studio! Just had my back and shoulders waxed and the staff was super friendly, had made an appointment via the internet before 3:00 pm and was already helped at 2:50 pm! Got good advice for the after treatment (lukewarm shower for about 2 days) and all my hair is gone! Definitely come back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klant onvriendelijk..uitloop van de vorige bahandeling waardoor de helft van mijn gereserveerde tijd verloren ging..geen excuses voor de uitloop en vervolgens moest ik mij weer aankleden omdat de behandeling niet overeenkwam met mijn verzoek en wat er in de computer stond. Dus we moesten terug naar de bali..zonde van mijn tijd. Helaas ging de ontharing niet door. Dan maar met extra haar op mijn schouders op vakantie..?
Customer unfriendly..out of the previous baht action which lost half of my reserved time..no apologies for the outflow and then I had to dress again because the treatment did not match my request and what was in the computer. So we had to go back to the bali ... a waste of my time. Unfortunately, the hair removal was canceled. Then with extra hair on my shoulders on vacation ..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked 1h15 of treatment (wax + IPL) via treatwell and I only got 55 minutes. The lady was in a rush, she really did her best but she overlooked a couple of zones for the IPL and overall I could feel the tension. I am very disappointed that what was supposed to be a good and relaxing time turned into a stressful moment. I do not think I will come back for the waxing (and no, even a low price will not make a difference). I have to come back for the IPL but I am thinking about going back to the one in Rotterdam where I had a much more pleasant experience, even though it means more travelling.
