★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voorheen niets dan lof: mooi uitgebreid assortiment en prima service. Vandaag een klacht en weg is de service. Ik heb waarschijnlijk t65 ipv Amerikaanse patent gekregen. Zachte bolletjes worden steeds harde droge bollen. Hetzelfde oude recept, dezelfde werkwijze. Toen ik hierover belde, kreeg ik een jonge man aan de lijn die me vertelde dat hij perse een code van de meelzakken nodig had. Toen ik hem zei dat ik die geen 3 weken bewaarde, werd hij ronduit onhebbelijk. Ook nadat ik hem zei dat ik vind dat ik ervanuit mag gaan dat wat er voor een product op de verpakking staat mag kloppen. Heb uiteindelijk de verbinding maar verbroken. En weg is mijn gevoel van goede service
 Previously nothing but praise: a nice extensive range and excellent service. Today a complaint and gone is the service. I probably got t65 instead of US patent. Soft spheres are becoming hard dry spheres. Same old recipe, same method. When I called about this, I got a young man on the phone who told me that he absolutely needed a code for the flour sacks. When I told him I wouldn't keep it for 3 weeks, he became downright rude. Even after I told him that I think I can assume that what a product says on the packaging may be correct. Finally disconnected. And gone is my sense of good service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never been there but I always order my flours there and the quality is always great. Also they are kind, friendly people. I once needed their help and they were super helpful. Since the pandemic hit it takes some time until the delivery is here but I don‘t mind. I love their energy. You just can tell.
