★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a lovely and great location. Such a shame the owner lady is so unfriendly. Because of this a 2 star review otherwise would be a 5. It's about the whole experience. Location is great so it's sells himself which makes the owner apparently lazy to treat customers more thoughtful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The original Theetuin House in Waterland. Very small with original decoration and free running chicks. Excellent cakes. Coffee, Thea and 2 tarts all in all 17€ not for low budgets.
