Dat zie je terug in de kwaliteit en de effectiviteit waarmee het personeel mag werken. Er wordt heel veel zelfgemaakt in de hypermoderne keuken en dat proef je terug op je bord. Sapjes worden vers geperst, huisgemaakte (ijs)thee van verse producten, hele goede koffie, goede wijnen en lekkere cocktails! En alles met oog voor het milieu. Veel vegetarisch/veganistisch (dus ook eventueel glutenvrij en lactosevrij) maar natuurlijk ook kwaliteit vlees en kip van lokale boeren.. Kortom heerlijk gegeten en gedronken! Echt een plek om nog veel vaker terug te komen.. Beautiful new restaurant that radiates the hospitality experience of the owners. This is reflected in the quality and effectiveness with which the staff is allowed to work. A lot is homemade in the ultramodern kitchen and you can taste that on your plate. Juices are freshly squeezed, homemade (ice) tea from fresh products, very good coffee, good wines and tasty cocktails! And everything with an eye for the environment. Lots of vegetarian/vegan (so also possibly gluten-free and lactose-free) but of course also quality meat and chicken from local farmers.. In short, delicious food and drink! Truly a place to come back many more times..
Z	Zara Kleijn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heerlijk avondje gehad, 10/10 De bediening was super vriendelijk en voelde precies goed aan wanneer je iets nodig had. Ambiance is heel knus en modern met mooie hangplanten. De voorgerechten waren verrukkelijk. We hadden ravioli en mosselen, beide klassiekers die perfect uitgevoerd waren. Als hoofdgerechten zeebaars met parelgort risotto en eendenbout met puree, ook heerlijk. Voor de zoetekauw zijn er veel desserts, zoals deze ananas carpaccio, om uit te kiezen. Portiegrootte is steeds on-point. Ik kom hier zeker terug om het brunch menu uit te proberen! Had a lovely evening, 10/10 The service was super friendly and felt just right when you needed something. The atmosphere is very cozy and modern with beautiful hanging plants. The appetizers were delicious. We had ravioli and mussels, both classics that were executed perfectly. As main courses sea bass with pearl barley risotto and duck leg with mashed potatoes, also delicious. For the sweet tooth, there are many desserts, like this pineapple carpaccio, to choose from. Portion size is always on point. I will definitely come back here to try the brunch menu!

Extra awesome because vegan and gluten-free. I would have never guessed. ? The other favourite I have is their French toast (also vegan). Such a delicious treat for a Sunday morning! Pair it with a yellow smoothie for a perfect combo. The menu is in ??English and in Dutch which makes it more convenient for internationals. TIP.
