I just ordered a pizza and indicated in the description that it is without tomato sauce, now I get a pizza with tomato sauce, of course that can go wrong so I call neatly and get the answer that I should have adjusted it but that is not possible at home bezorgt.nl so in short, now I sit with a pizza of 12 euros which is of no use to me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op zich werkt thuisbezorgd prima, maar als je een keer per ongeluk door een bug in de app 2x een bestelling opgeeft is het terugstorten van je geld een drama.Het geld wat jij betaald staat binnen enkele seconden bij hen op de rekening, maar als er teruggestort moet worden dan moet je wel heel veel geduld hebben. Je krijgt nog wel netjes een mail dat je geld teruggestort wordt, maar vervolgens kan je er rustig 10 werkdagen op wachten staat dan in die mail. Ik ben nu 15 werkdagen verder, en e is nog niets gestort. Gisteren telefonisch contact gehad met hen, en vandaag zou het geregeld zijn, maar nog niks dus. Wat mij betreft geen echt betrouwbaar stelletje daar.

The money you pay is in their account within a few seconds, but if there is must be returned then you must have a lot of patience. You will still receive a neat email that your money will be refunded, but then you can quietly wait for 10 working days than in that email. I am now 15 working days away, and e has not been deposited yet. Yesterday I had contact with them by telephone, and today it would be arranged, but nothing yet. As far as I'm concerned, not a really reliable couple there.
