★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I used TicketSwap it was for a gig in Amsterdam later that night. It worked perfectly. Apple pay made life easy. I was at the show within 30 mins of purchase. Great experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The app favors ios users when you subscribe to the notifications of an event. I tried 30 times my friend tried 3 and he got tickets in all of them. I got 0 chance. It's basically rigged. Be aware android users and don't trust this scum.

This is very deceiving. For the Book of Mormon show in Amsterdam there were 2 showings. One at 15:00 and one at 20:00. In the app, ticketswap showed only results for the 20:00 showing. I bought 2 tickets, only to realize later that the ticket was valid for the 15:00. I called the customer service and they told me that in the description posted by the seller at the listings said 15:00 so they couldn’t help me. Lost my money that particular event was about to start already and couldn’t resell it.
Very disappointing user experience on this one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm using TicketSwap since Apr-2016, both as a seller and as a buyer. My personal experience with the platform is magnificent.
Never had any issues with buying fake or used tickets (this might be because I am not a fan of huge events that attracts the 'dark side' such as scammers). And as a seller, I received the funds within 2 days on my bank account without any additional unexpected fees.
Starting using it primarily for local events, now expanded that to search for events or festival when I'm travelling abroad. In other words, not just second hand ticketing but also as a search engine for cool things to do.
I am using the platform preferably without Facebook login, and hope that one day they will release their own account system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good platform for selling and buying tickets. So far, all tickets I have bought, worked when using them.
However, I think the fees they charge are very high (around 10% of the ticket price). When due to Corona a festival for which I had bought a ticket was cancelled, the festival offered the opportunity to refund the tickets. If the ticket whould have been bought directly from the festival owners, the ticket would have been refunded completely, including service fees. However, Ticketswap refunded only part of the ticket price and deducted the service fees included. It would have been nice if Ticketswap included an option to donate voluntarily instead of just deducting the service charges.

I've just pursued a ticket from topticketshop.nl for Porcupine Tree concert on the 7th of November 2022 and it cost me almost double the original price it's 101,50 € besides that it's not fundable and it has no extra value compared with other websites! in the meanwhile the real price of this ticket on tiketmaster.nl is 61.60 € and there are still plenty of tickets available over there on tiketmaster.nl .
All over that they will not give you your ticket until 10 days before the concert !!
Trust me guys this is the worst place to buy a ticket ever
