Es war eine sehr aufwendige OP und wir hatten große Sorge um unsere, sonst noch sehr agilen Fellnase. Schon nach dem Vorgespräch für die OP wussten wir dass wir bei Frau Dr. Kinzel und dem gesamten Praxisteam in sehr guten Händen sind. Hier weis man was man tut. Bangos hat die OP gut überstanden und wir sind dankbar und glücklich dass wir uns, nach mehreren Empfehlungen für diese Praxis entschieden haben. Danke an alle, die sich liebevoll, nicht nur um unseren Bangos sondern auch um uns gekümmert haben. On April 29, 2021, Bangos (almost 11 years old) was welcomed by Dr. Kinzel operates. It was a very complex operation and we were very worried about our, otherwise very agile, fur nose. Even after the preliminary talk for the operation, we knew that we would be with Dr. Kinzel and the entire practice team are in very good hands. Here you know what you are doing. Bangos survived the operation well and we are grateful and happy that we decided to go for this practice after several recommendations. Thanks to everyone who lovingly took care not only of our Bangos but also of us.
Y	Ytfairtrade Btw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten bei der Klinik angerufen da unser Hund operiert werden muss und die Frau an der Rezeption sagte das ist nicht so schlimm wäre ja kein Notfall. mein Hund hat sich die Kniescheibe verschoben Bänderriss geholt und läuft auf drei Beinen als ob das nicht so schlimm ist We called the clinic because our dog needed an operation and the woman at the front desk said it wasn't that bad, it wouldn't be an emergency. my dog has a dislocated kneecap torn ligaments and walks on three legs like it's not that bad

Hier wird sich sehr professionell und liebevoll nicht nur um das Tier,sondern auch um den Halter gekümmert!!! Hatte Angst meinen Hund zu verlieren,es ging Harvey äußerst schlecht ?,auch ich war am Ende.... Dank Eurer aller Hilfe,haben wir wieder Freude am Leben !!! Wir lieben Euch von ganzem Herzen ? Danke ? T	Tamwyn Eopia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider wird man weder telefonisch noch auf der Website darüber informiert, dass pro Patient nur eine Person mit rein darf, weshalb ich bei Kälte und Regen draußen warten musste. Ich weiß nicht was daran so schwer ist, zumindest darüber zu informieren, in Pandemiezeiten hat man ja Verständnis dafür, dass möglichst wenige Menschen in der Praxis sein sollen. Aber so geben sie Ihren Kunden nur das Gefühl, dass sie Ihnen vollkommen egal sind. Ich suche mir lieber eine andere Tierärztin, wo man respektvoll mit seinen Kunden umgeht. Unfortunately, you are not informed by phone or on the website that only one person per patient is allowed in, which is why I had to wait outside in the cold and rain. I don't know what is so difficult about it, at least to inform about it, in pandemic times you understand that as few people as possible should be in the practice. But they just make your customers feel like you don't care at all. I prefer to look for another vet, where you treat your customers with respect.
