β β β β β I returned from France after my trip and realize that my bike(which I rent from them) is not at the spot I left it at the train station.
I went to the shop ,which is next to my home, very sad and prepared to pay for it cause I thought it was stolen.
They suggested me that the Gemente may have removed it and they navigated at their site, they found it and on top of it they gave me for free a bike so I could go to my work the next days until I collect it back from the Gemente bike collecting services(AVAC).
They could have just accept the money I was about to give them, but their values and honesty prevented them from doing it. They are devoted to their clients and I do recommend them 100%.
Thanks a lot guys you are the best

β β β β β My tyre popped after pumping my tyres here(my fault entirely) and one of the workers cycled over to me, we brought It back to the shop and he instantly replaced my tyreβ¦.. vvvv good service and friendly peopleβ¦ also they have a cute lil dog who loves strokes??

β β β β β Nice bikes and great service, definitely recommend them! The staff is very friendly and helpful, and both my partner and myself have gotten numerous quick repairs done for free. They also have a very cute dog who is often at the shop, which is always a bonus :)

β β β β β I had a flat tire on my bike and my brakes were wore out and not breaking properly anymore. They fixed only the issues that I pointed out (mentioned above), not doing other repairs and charging more money, although I am aware my bike is very old and has a lot of other issues. Very professional and a fast service. Also reasonable prices. I recommend Tilburg Fietsen, either for fixing your bike or buying one from them!
