★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estimados Sres. Escribo esta reseña porque el enlace que me enviaron después de comprar el reloj ha caducado. Compré un reloj THE WATERBURY automático color negro. Llegó con las agujas atascadas y el servicio post venta me ofreció, lógico, devolverme el dinero pero que no podían cambiarlo por uno nuevo.???.
Después de mandarlo con su etiqueta de devolución, tuve que llámales después de mes y pico para que me devolvieran el dinero, cosa que hicieron a los tres días de llamar.
También decirles que la imagen del reloj en su página web no es muy real ya que los números no son tan blancos como en la foto, en realidad son grises y contrastan con las agujas que si son blancas.

 Dear Sirs. I am writing this review because the link that was sent to me after purchasing the watch has expired. I bought a black automatic THE WATERBURY watch. It arrived with stuck needles and the after-sales service offered me, logically, to return my money but they couldn't change it for a new one.???
After sending it with its return label, I had to call them after a month or so to get my money back, which they did after three days of calling.
Also tell them that the image of the clock on their website is not very real since the numbers are not as white as in the photo, they are actually gray and contrast with the white hands.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll keep writing here until my situation is going to change. Thanks to google to give me this way to talk to TIMEX, but i seriously doubt anyone is reading this.
Simply because there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IN EUROPE.
My package is ready since more than one week, just waiting that people "working" for timex in amsterdam give it to dhl. But unfortunately, there are NO ONE WORKING IN AMSTERDAM OFFICE. I tried to call every single day at different hours, but nobody answer.
Be very careful before ordering from timex europe, that's all I Can say.
