A	Andreas Pirthauer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abgebene Wäsche wurde nicht gereinigt ( zeit angeblich zu knapp , obwohl ich extra vorher angerufen habe und genau das gefragt hatte) bezahlen musste ich trd mehr als 2/3 da es ja gebügelt wurde ( wohlgemerkt die nicht gereinigte Wäsche ) das erste und letzte mal ! Linen was not cleaned (supposedly too short, although I called beforehand and asked exactly that) I had to pay more than 2/3 because it was ironed (mind you, the laundry that was not cleaned) the first and last time!

Der Grund sei eine Handwäsche, da man der Ansicht war, dass es sich um Seide handele. Ein Materialetikett (Chemiefaser) war aber am Artikel. Benachrichtigt hat man mich nicht. Außerdem waren die Vorhänge an einigen Stellen verbügelt (Streifen). Auch nach einer Reklamation diesbezüglich waren verbügelte Stellen noch zu sehen. Vom Inhaber gab es dazu keinen Kommentar, geschweige denn einen Preisnachlass. This cleaning company is not recommended to anyone! The cleaning of my curtains cost more than three times as much as I asked before. The reason is hand washing because it was believed that it was silk. A material label (chemical fiber) was on the article. I was not notified. In addition, the curtains were ironed in some places (strips). Even after a complaint in this regard, ironed areas were still to be seen. There was no comment from the owner, let alone a price reduction.
