★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst place I have ever seen!! The staff is extremely mean and they are ready to attack customers. Even though you pay 10eu at the entrance you need to pay for everything inside even for peeing. The place is just uncomfortable and bouncers are super violent. If you dont want to be kicked all of a sudden, just dont go to this place!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst place ever, they make you pay 2€ to go to the bathroom plus the weird way of having to buy "coins" to order the drinks. and if you want to smoke they don't even let you out and you have to go smoke at a tiny closed room surrounded by cigarrettes smoke

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst nightclub I've ever been. 15 euros for 2 DJs faking a mix on a Playlist 3 hours. It's a shame. Also, it's not normal to have to pay for human needs like drinking water and go to the toilets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good techno club in Rotterdam. Surprised at how relaxed the people are. The club is very narrow, so if it is full, you are standing far away from the dj, however the (very good) sound system extends through the entire hall, so it is still loud and clear. Also there is a (small) smoking room, because in the main room smoking is banned due to the Dutch laws. Drinks are €2.75 for a good sized beer, maybe more for mixed drinks. They run with tokens, so the bar can go at a far faster pace then other places. One thing to note is I would recommend to buy musicians earplugs as it is very loud, but then again, almost all nightclubs and even a lot of bars have music at a very high volume, it's up to you I guess. 50 cents per trip to the wash room and lockers are €2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there once and I have not came back because it was not my best experience. Place is small and under the ground so, definetly, not for claustrophobic people. Prices are high, you have to pay for everything there (entrance, locker, drinks... even for entering the bathrooms while they are incredibly small and sale!!)
I wanna come back in order I can improve my opinion but, nowadays, for me Toffler is definetly not the best place to go party in Rotterdam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there the night Mr. Belt and Wezol played their 7 HR long set. The lights are amazing and the music isn't so loud u become deaf. Really enjoyed every second of that night and can't wait to go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Techno club for the really young ones. It’s not so busy but has got a good ambience. Smoking area has low ventilation. Cost per drink including water is around €5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and peaceful atmosphere in a awesome techno environment. The club is located near the central station and actually is under the ground.
Entrance was 10€ and 2€ for the checkroom.
Drinks are expensive (Red Bull 3 tokens -> 9 tokens are 12€).
