Robin denkt fijn mee, heeft een duidelijke visie op haar vak en stelt je op je gemak. Het resultaat is echt heel mooi, ik ben er blij mee. De tattooshop is een mooie ruimte die goed is ingericht en uitgerust. Er is ruim voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Tip is misschien om in de shop zalf en geschikte zeep (unicura of sanex zero oid) te koop aan te bieden, zoals je bij de kapper ook shampoo en zo kan kopen. Got my first tattoo today, performed by Robin. She prefers realistic tattoos. Robin thinks along with you, has a clear vision of her profession and puts you at ease. The result is really beautiful, I am happy with it. The tattoo parlor is a beautiful space that is well decorated and equipped. There is ample parking space. Perhaps a tip is to offer ointment and suitable soap (unicura or sanex zero or the like) for sale in the shop, as you can also buy shampoo and such at the hairdresser.

De zaak zag er echt heel netjes uit en goed verzorgd. I was neatly helped, and the staff was really very friendly, and could indicate which color I wanted where and stuff. The store looked really neat and well cared for.

I	ICJC on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had zaterdag een AFSPRAAK om 15:00, maar ik was iets eerder dus ik vroeg of ik al eerder geholpen kon worden en dat was geen probleem, maar ik was me id vergeten dus vroeg of ik die thuis op kon halen en terug kon komen op de afgesproken tijd, 15:00. Maar de piercer kon niet want “haar vader was jarig” ?? Terwijl de afgesproken tijd sowieso 15:00 uur was dus als ik er niet eerder was geweest, stond ik voor een dichte deur, terwijl ik een afspraak had? Ze zeggen tegen mij dat ik donderdag terug kan komen zonder afspraak omdat ze donderdag “de hele dag kan”. Kom ik donderdag, zijn ze aan het “verbouwen” en mag ik over 2 WEKEN terugkomen! Dat wist ze dan ook wel zaterdag toch? Hele slechte zaak en zeker niet klantvriendelijk, vooral de piercer. I had an APPOINTMENT at 3pm on Saturday but I was a little earlier so I asked if I could get help earlier and that was no problem but I forgot my ID so asked if I could pick it up at home and come back at the agreed time, 15:00. But the piercer couldn't because "it was her father's birthday" ?? While the agreed time was anyway 3:00 pm so if I hadn't been there before, I was standing in front of a closed door, while I had an appointment? They tell me I can come back on Thursday without an appointment because she "can come all day" on Thursday. If I come on Thursday, they are "renovating" and I can come back in 2 WEEKS! She knew that on Saturday, didn't she? Very bad business and certainly not customer friendly, especially the piercer.
