For example, the karaage chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. The lamb chops lacked the usual strong gamy flavour, which makes it suitable to about anyone. One must try is the tempura ice cream! I have never tasted this anywhere else. It's a great mixture between hot and cold and will surely surprise your taste buds. The environment looked professional and the service friendly as expected.

As a meat lover I was happy with the variaties + qualities of the meat. The chef asked our preference and prepared the meat just as we wanted. Different experience with other Teppanyaki restaurant and what also the most important for me is I wasn't thirsty at all after the meal, which means no MSG was added! Big compliment. Dessert was a nice surprise! The tempura ice cream has a crunchy batter and cold ice cream in center, super nice with fruit as combination. I highly recommend and will definitely come back again soon
K	Kevin Van Der Hart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mere words can not describe the experience which you will receive at this restaurant; From the moment I stepped in till the last bite of the night. We were welcomed in a very friendly manner by the host of the night (Vincent), who created a humorous and relaxed atmosphere. During the night, he joined us on multiple occasions to inform us about the dishes and the differences in the sake’s to utmost detail. The dishes themselves were enjoyable beyond expectation; I started with the karaage salad which had a delicious lemony taste (recommendation). Then I went om with the koyo menu, which starts of with a miso, vegetable mix, salmon, scallop and an enormous shrimp. I am not a fan of asparagus and seafood but these dishes contained so much flavor that I have started to doubt which kinds of food I enjoy. Then the chef finished it all off with a chicken teriyaki and a flaming show with the sirloin. This restaurant might be a bit more expensive than an ordinary restaurant, but it is the most economical place to eat teppanyaki in Amsterdam. That said, it is truly worth the experience. The setting, chef and staff all get a big 10+.
