10 days after the email with the shipment confirmation was sent we contact them to get more details on the shipment, they gave us the tracking code and the day after they sent an email telling that the product was not available in the warehouse and they could not shipping it.
Unaceptable.
Worst retail ever!

Revised my score following contact from them. They do care about customer service and I am now satisfied...

Damaged gods and they refused to take it back because it was not in the original packaging ( it was) this i fond out after writing to them several times, finaly i got an answer that they did not accept it. This was several weeks after they had recived it.
they do not post negative reviews on their website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Translations to Swedish are inconsistent, so finding some tools was difficult.
Alot of marketing on the website guarantees fast delivery between 1-3 days and that the delivery is free. Only when placing the order is it shown that express delivery is not free if you wish to have the items delivered ASAP, or if you pick the free delivery option then delivery could take between 16-28 days.
I went ahead with my purchase regardless with the free delivery option. I hope that the parts that I ordered are decent quality.
4/5 Wide selection of tools, but hard to find. Delivery advertisements are too good to be true.
