The waiting period for the ordered goods is terrible. I bought a few things described as available. It was December 3. Today is December 10th and they haven't even been shipped yet. In 3 days I am leaving the Netherlands and I already know that I will leave without these purchases. Often, tools are bought because they are just needed at work at a specific time. Other stores deliver them up to 24 hours. Other disadvantages of this shop are that many of the goods on the website have been unavailable for a long time and it is not known if they will ever be available. However, they are still there on the website. They even come in promotional offers that he sends me on the mailbox. Such a promotion, for goods that are not available ...
Another strange thing is that when ordering, for example, 11 items in one order, for a total of about EUR 1000, they were sent in three different batches and on three different dates. Strangely, I also had to pay 50 euros for shipping.
Pity. Or they lack experience in trade, business ethics, lack of willingness or lack of people to work. As I mentioned at the beginning, the store has a very wide range of interesting tools and quite good prices. But this good image is ruined by all of the customer service failures.
