Ik heb hier een tijdje terug een mp4 touch gekocht (een neppe iPod Touch in princiepe), maar hij bleek helemaal niet goed te werken. Vervolgens ga ik naar de winkel met het bonnetje en wil deze omruilen. Dat was nog binnen de 2 weken garantie tijd. Vervolgens lijkt het bijna alsof ze me uitlachen als ik dit om wil ruilen. Ik hoopte op z'n minst wel een tegoedbon, maar anders toch echt m'n geld terug. Maar de baas van deze intertoys doet net of ik gek ben. Hij zegt: "Wat verwacht je dan? Je hebt er maar €50 voor betaald, tuurlijk werkt het dan niet zoals een iPod touch". Dat was ook helemaal niet wat ik verwachtte, maar het werkte gewoon helemaal niet. Het touch-screen op de telefoon deed het amper en daarnaast moest je na elk klikje 5 minuten wachten. Ook skipde hij stukjes in de liedjes die je luisterde. Daarnaast was hij ook nog afgeprijsd van €80, dus waarom zou hij dan niet goed werken. ERG slecht deze intertoys. Het heeft het voor mij een beetje verpest voor alle andere intertoys' die misschien wel goed zijn. €50 weggegooid geld voor mij. Then I go to the store with the receipt and want to exchange it. That was within the 2 week warranty time. Then it almost seems as if they are laughing at me if I want to exchange this. At least I hoped for a voucher, but otherwise really got my money back. But the boss of these intertoys acts like I'm crazy. He says: "What do you expect? You only paid € 50 for it, of course it doesn't work like an iPod touch". That wasn't at all what I expected, but it just didn't work at all. The touch screen on the phone barely worked and you also had to wait 5 minutes after each click. He also skipped pieces into the songs you listened to. In addition, he was also discounted from € 80, so why would he not work well. VERY bad these intertoys. It has ruined it a little for me for all the other intertoys that might be good. € 50 wasted money for me.

Nice shop with a wide range. And good prices and offers. And a friendly seller. My daughter was very happy with it ...

Een andere naam maar nog steeds een winkel waar we graag komen om speelgoed en kadootjes te kopen. This store is now a Top 1 Toys store. I was told that the sign on the facade still had to be replaced. Another name but still a store where we like to come to buy toys and gifts.
S	Sabine Amadi-Bergsma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fijne speelgoed winkel. Moet sinds de overname nog ontzettend wennen aan de sfeer. Bij Gerard was het altijd zeer plezierig om te winkelen. Nu heel zakelijk. (Al is er nog wel 1 iemand die dit gevoel zeker nog laat overkomen) Nice toy store. Still has to get used to the atmosphere since the takeover. It was always a pleasure to shop at Gerard's. Very businesslike now. (Although there is still 1 person who certainly makes this feeling happen)
