Ich bin Werbemittelhändler und Kunde des Unternehmens. Gestern wurde von uns versehentlich eine Rechnung doppelt an Toppoint überwiesen. Auf die Bitte den Betrag zurück zu überweisen reagiert man ablehnend mit folgender Antwort:
Leider können wir Ihnen das Geld momentan nicht zurücküberweisen.
Wir können Ihnen anbieten den zu viel bezahlten Betrag mit kommenden Bestellungen zu verrechenen.
Andernfalls können wir das Geld nach Ende der Corona Krise zurücküberweisen.
Rechtlich ein klarer Fall. Ich möchte mit dieser Rezension nur weitere Kunden davor bewahren ihr Geld zu verlieren.
Caution: Insolvent !!!
I am a promotional products dealer and a customer of the company. Yesterday we accidentally sent a double invoice to Toppoint. The request to transfer the amount back is rejected with the following answer:
Unfortunately we cannot transfer the money back to you at the moment.
We can offer you to offset the overpaid amount with upcoming orders.
Otherwise we can transfer the money back after the Corona crisis has ended.
Legally a clear case. With this review I just want to keep other customers from losing their money.
