Maar eerlijk is eerlijk het ging een tijdje minder, slechte support met name. Maar nu is dat voorbij, ze hebben het licht weer gezien en ze denken mee, helpen je echt. Geen bedelen meer of ze alstublieft willen helpen. Ze helpen je echt verder. TOP SERVICE voor een eerlijke prijs. Totaalnet ga zo door....Supers echt goed. There is a fresh win in total net. Have been working with them for more than 10 years, always pleasant and pleasant. But to be fair, it went less for a while, poor support in particular. Incasseren van gelden zijn ze snel in, maar service verlenen en adequaat reageren op mail betreffende hun belabberde service, daarin geven ze niet thuis. Belde met hun om opheldering, kreeg medewerker aan de lijn, die zeer arrogant het gesprek af kapte. Impact 75 in Duiven geeft niet thuis bij klant. Totaalnet appears to have taken over customers of Versatel and therefore Zonnet, from the second half of 2020. They are quick to collect money, but providing service and responding adequately to e-mails regarding their lousy service, they do not accept that. Called them for clarification, got an employee on the line, who very arrogantly cut off the conversation. Impact 75 in Duiven is not at home with the customer.

Geld is geïncasseerd en zonnet is niet telefonisch te bereiken alleen via een contactformulier, waar je dan je mailadres invult. En dan zullen ze je wel mailen. De contactgegevens van zonnet zijn het adres van Totaalnet. De medewerker van Totaalnet was inderdaad niet coöperatief en helemaal niet bereid om te helpen. Hij gaf aan dat zij niets voor zonnet doen en je contact moet opnemen met zonnet. Terwijl op hun website de portal van e-Synergy wordt gepromoot, die ik ook in mijn account van zonnet zie. Standaard antwoord en volgens hem vergaat de wereld als hij liegt..... I'm currently having problems with my Zonnet account, no more emails coming in. The contact details of Zonnet are the address of Totaalnet. The Totaalnet employee was indeed uncooperative and not willing to help at all.
