★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een waardeloze afhandeling van een telefoontje n.a.v. een vraag over Zonnetaccount. Men weet van niks en gaat bepaald niet fijnzinnig met klanten om. Verzamel info en zet iemand achter de telefoon die is opgeleid voor beantwoording vragen, afhandeling klachten en die oplossingen kan bieden. Men had hierop kunnen anticiperen; het was immers aannemelijk dat er per vandaag vragen over Zonnet zouden komen.
 What a worthless handling of a phone call in response to a question about Zonnetaccount. They don't know anything about anything and they don't deal with customers in a sensitive manner. Collect information and put someone behind the phone who is trained to answer questions, handle complaints and who can offer solutions. One could have anticipated this; after all, it was plausible that questions about Zonnet would be asked as of today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ de website is alleen een logo, hele slechte service en helpen voor geen meter. Ben op dit moment gewoonweg mijn hele mailgegevens kwijt en krijg ook geen mail meer binnen. Terwijl er wel lekker 6 euro wordt gecasht voor de dienst die ze zogenaamd verlenen. Overigens adres is in Duiven, telefoonnummer is van Arnhem.
the website is only a logo, very bad service and no help at all. I've just lost all my e-mail data at the moment and I don't receive any e-mails anymore. While there is a nice 6 euros cashed for the service they supposedly provide. By the way, address is in Duiven, telephone number is Arnhem.
