P	Prem Saini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ OMG, they cancelled my existing contract and signed a new one with them without even talking to me or me signing any contract with them. I don't even know these people. Seems like a fraud business. Please keep away from them. Now, I have an invoice from them for some thing I have never used. I think I am going to use my legal insurance if they don't stop doing this. When I read all the reviews, everyone has the same problem. What a thief this company is!!!!
N	Nathaneil Ward on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Total Gas and Power Nederland has sent me unsolicited email invoices over several months for a property that I do not live in. This started through unsolicited phone calls from affiliates who found my contact information through the KvK. I did not agree to or sign any contract with them, but they continued to send me bills. Total Gas and Power now have enlisted the use of a collection agency to get me to pay nearly 600 euros of energy bills that I am not responsible for.

After cancelling the contract (which I never signed), I receive a bill for just one day of their services: energy costs of €3,55 and an administration fee of €800!!! That's a robbery! Watch out for Total Gas & Power in the Netherlands! Update: after almost a year they retracted the fine and even reimbursed the small energy bill I paid them. However, things like this should not be happening at all. What a waste of time and effort!

Completely ILLEGAL to create a contract for a client without permission, meaning they faked my signature, and they are trying to STEAL my money. This is going to the Police and lawyer !

You asked her to complete a form in order to give us back the money we had to pay for switching to your company but we still waiting for it. The bill you are sending us for last month is also higher than what you promised us after harassing us for weeks telling you could offer a better deal. Now we are being asked to pay more than with our previous company. We sent you our bills from previous months as you requested but also you never replied and now you are not answering you phone. It has been a terrible experience all the way so please give us some answers.
T	Tomasz Pieta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't fall in the trap. It's by far the worst energy provider in the country. I had countless issues and decided to move to another company regardless the costs. They shouldn't be operating at all. It's actually a pity that consumer protection services are not closing down these people. Some examples: After 5 emails to the customer service, 2 phone calls and after uploading the documents on their site I never managed to get back the €125 fine for switching to this crapy company. They don't allow you to select your monthly payment which means that you will pay less per month and will be shocked when you settle the bill. Don't ever fill your car with their gas or work in any way with this horrible company. They should be put out of business. It's the only thing they deserve.
A	Ana Lucia Vargas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST ENERGY COMPANY EVER! DO NOT FALL IN THEIR TRAP!! WISHING I COULD GIVE 0 STARTS! Me and my partner moved to a new apartment and Totalenergies charged us unjustified 400 EU of ``cancellation of contract fees" when in reality we just changed location and never asked to cancel (NOW WE DO WANT TO CANCEL WITH THEM!). After many times talking with them on the phone for the last three months telling me ``yes we did a mistake you should not pay a cancellation fee" they send us their bulldog debt collector-layers with an even bigger fee saying that we need to pay! Really a terrible experience!! People in customer support do not help at all and just tell you what you want to hear to later send you an even bigger unjustified bill that you need to pay. We will file an official complaint with the Degeschillencommissie (Consumer Complaints Boards of Energy) to get our money back and get this matter to professional hands.
