The owner Vislene Ferreira has been a hairdresser for over 20 years. She worked in the best beauty salons in Brazil and after doing several specializations and gaining a lot of experience, she opened her first Salon in Amsterdam, “Vislene Ferreira Studio”. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I scheduled hair cut ( 35 euros) with Marcelo .
He didn't have o wash it and when he finished the cut he started blow-drying it without asking me if I had requested such a service during the appointment and when I saw him picking up the hairbrushes and blow-dryer I said that I didn't want it cos I like natural drying. I know it's a practice in salons to blow-dry to see the final cut result cut, just don't go around doing the brush without asking and then charging the full amount.
When paying, I was ready to pay the 35 euros as scheduled and he charged me 55 euros saying hair cut + hairbrush. I was very annoyed with the conduct and didn't feel like complaining personally to avoid embarrassment in front of other present clients. I liked the salon and the cut I thought it was wrong to charge for a service I didn't ask for and still 10 euros more from his price list. I left with the feeling of being fooled. My dissatisfaction is not because of the money but because of the principle . attitude.
If you go there, make sure to be very explicit about the services you are requesting and paying for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Touch B for KERATIN TREATMENT for the first time.
My first impression....UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF.
The girl I made an appointment with was busy with another customer in my whole time slot. Some other guy started working on my hair did not talk to me at all, then another guy joined to help him with my hair without introducing himself. They kept talking with each other in Portuguese, totally ignoring me, which I found awkward and very unprofessional. I was treated like an object. In general it was too much taking within the staff in their own language.....which was annoying and you don't see that in professional salons in Netherlands. The main guy kept hurting my scalp with sharp comb even after I told him many times not to.
I spent 140 Euros, got annoyed and bored for 1.5 hours, washed my hair after 3 days as per instruction and MY HAIR IS NOT STRAIGHT

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An allround great experience! Raquel is an open and welcoming hairstylist that was constantly making sure to meet any demands. Moreover, when I was not sure she helped me with tips, and even recommended a treatment cycle to ensure my hair and scalp stays healthy. The good service is worth every cent! Pedicure and Manicure were great too.
