★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechter Service! Wollten eine canal tour machen. Erst war der Verkäufer total freundlich und meinte noch mit 2 Hunden und 2 Personen. Er verkaufte uns die Tickets, hat uns aber nie darauf hingewiesen das man keine Hunde mitnehmen darf. Als wir später wieder zurück kamen, da wir die canal tour nicht machen konnten, hieß es das er die Tickets nicht umtauschen kann, da er den Schlüssel der Kasse nicht hat. Was für eine bodenlose abzocke und verarsche!!!! Sehr schlechter Service! Durch diese Aktion wurde uns der ganze Aufenthalt vermiest. Da wir ständig hin und her rennen mussten um zu schauen ob wir die Tickets bei einem anderen Anbieter los bekommen. Fazit: 2 std damit verbracht, die canal tour zu suchen und später die tickets in einem anderen Shop los zu bekommen. Von unserem Amsterdam Aufenthalt haben wir Null genießen können!!!
 Very bad service! Wanted to do a canal tour. First, the seller was totally friendly and still meant with 2 dogs and 2 people. He sold us the tickets, but never told us that you can not bring dogs. When we came back later, since we could not make the canal tour, it was said that he can not exchange the tickets because he does not have the key of the cash register. What a bottomless rip off and crazy !!!! Very bad service! Through this action we were spoiled the whole stay. Since we had to constantly run back and forth to see if we get rid of the tickets at another provider. Conclusion: 2 hours spent exploring the canal tour and later getting tickets in another shop. From our stay in Amsterdam we could enjoy zero !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 minutes from central Station. Very nice guy, speak Spanish, French, Dutch English. Explain all my questions and give me advise for my 3 days trip, Call the hotel to make sure I have room and booked. Y taxi to pick up to the airport.
