★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, horrible experience. Went in to check out some ticket prices but ended up deciding not to buy anything, asked if we could wait inside for 5 minutes for our Uber to arrive and the worker refused and told us we have to wait outside - which wouldn’t have been a problem, except it was freezing cold and was raining cats and dogs. We were soaked through within minutes....there weren’t many customers inside the store apart from us as well....I simply fail to understand how someone could be so coldhearted and cruel :( Perhaps the store should consider hiring people with basic empathy.
