Would definitely reccomend. Drinks were also delicious, we had mochaccinos. So good we went twice when we were there! Also loved that the bacon was done crispy - can never find anywhere that does bacon this well!!
T	Tina Fey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved it! We were gonna go to the Pancake Bakery but due to the long wait (and no one cared enough to tell us how long the wait would be) we came here instead. All the food we ordered were delicious! We went to the Pancake Bakery today and I can tell you that this place is so much better both food and service. The pancake itself was also much better. All husband and mother in law also preferred this one. Give it a try!
D	David Oon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped by on a chilly evening after Anne Frank. Nice ambience, spacious and well decorated. A Very good choice of pancakes too. Tried the Dutch, ham and apple traditional pancake. Tasty, with a nice mix of savoury and mild apple sweetness to the pancake. The pancake is well cooked, chewy and crispy on the edges. Service is also excellent. Delish and will definitely return again.

First of all though the pancake we had was incredible. My boyfriend and I shared the Traditional Bacon & Apple Dutch Pancake and it was delicious, and is by far one of the best pancakes I have ever eaten! Inside the pancake were bits of apple and parts of the pancake were a little bit soggy but I can live with that. We visited Pancakes Amsterdam after going to the Anne Frank House as it is practically right outside and very convenient. Before we actually went into the Anne Frank House we got a coffee from Pancakes Amsterdam - I had a Espresso Macchiato and the coffee was lovely. After having a nice coffee beforehand we decided we would go back after the Anne Frank House to eat and I’m glad we did. The interior was nice but some of the seating I felt was a bit close together. My main issue was the friendliness of the staff... the waitress we had serving our table seemed disinterested and if I’m honest she didn’t seem enthusiastic to be there at all. I would definitely recommend the pancake we had (Traditional Bacon & Apple Dutch Pancake) and I would probably go back there again.
A	Alex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3.5 stars. Nice pancakes but you will find better elsewhere. Wouldn’t return when next in Amsterdam, although I would say it’s a safe bet to eat here. As other reviewers have noted, their tap water policy is strange and inconsistent. Their nearby branch offers tap water so at least go to that one instead of here! Quite expensive all in all.

This is my first time to try Dutch pancakes. however, for someone coming from the UK where tap water is always served for free, I found it strange to ask for tap water and then the waitress said if we didn’t order drinks she cant bring us tap water despite that we ordered lots of food! She only brought one glass of water for our friend who ordered coffee! Also, we paid for the toilet but there were no tissues inside!
