Letterlijk bij ELK bezoek gaat er iets fout bij afrekenen en kan je de week erop terug om je geld weer met pijn en moeite terug te krijgen. Onjuiste hoeveelheid medicatie krijg je mee en je betaalt voor volledige dosis. Enz. Let heel goed op hier want het is inmiddels al 18x gebeurd. Dramatisch. Stadspas wordt ook niet verrekend. Kan je weer terug. 10 dagen wachten op je geld. Facturen kloppen niet !!! Denk toch dat ik kassa of radar hier maar eens over ga mailen.... nee ik weet het zeker en daarna mijn advocaat. Het Veterinair Tuchtcollege (VTC) Is inmiddels ook ingeschakeld!!!
Literally with EVERY visit something goes wrong with the checkout and you can go back the following week to get your money back with pain and effort. You receive the wrong amount of medication and you pay for the full dose. etc. Pay close attention to this because it has happened 18 times already. Dramatic. City pass is also not charged. Can you go back. 10 days waiting for your money. Invoices are wrong!!! Think I'll email the cash register or radar about this.... no I'm sure and then my lawyer. The Veterinary Disciplinary Court (VTC) Is now also enabled!!!

Vandaag naar de dierenarts geweest met me kat die 2 weken een operatie aan ze kaak heeft gehad. Vandaag voor controle geweest, die vrouw die we hadden was niet aardig sluurde me kat uit ze vervoer mandje aan ze nek vel deed ze mond open om te kijken en we moeten over 1 week terug komen. We hebben duidelijk aan gegeven dat de boven kant van het vervoermandje er af kan daar luisterde ze niet naar de kat heeft nu inmiddels een trauwma van dat mandje dankjewel! De meeste dierenartsen aaien of praten tegen het dier maar deze niet. Sommige dierenartsen hartstikke aardig maar deze zeker niet!!
Went to the vet today with my cat who had surgery on her jaw for 2 weeks. Went for a checkup today, that woman we had was not nice dragged me out cat she transport basket on her neck she opened mouth to look and we have to come back in 1 week. We have clearly indicated that the top of the transport basket can be removed there she did not listen to the cat now has a trauwma from that basket thank you! Most vets pet or talk to the animal, but not this one. Some vets are really nice but this one certainly not!!

Fijne dierenkliniek. Natuurlijk heeft iedereen wel een puntje van kritiek maar komen al zo lang met onze huisdieren bij hun. Onze lieve hond Peti bijna 3 weken geleden laten inslapen. Gelukkig kon het thuis. Zo lief en alle tijd nam dierenarts Robert-Jan. Ook dierenarts Jasper belden ons nog even op. Mede door hun medeleven en aandacht, zorg en nazorg, kunnen wij er met een goed gevoel op terug kijken. Nogmaals dank. Fam. van der Kroon.
Nice veterinary clinic. Of course everyone has a point of criticism, but we have been bringing our pets to them for so long. Put our sweet dog Peti to sleep almost 3 weeks ago. Fortunately it was possible at home. So sweet and all the time vet Robert-Jan took. Vet Jasper also called us. Partly because of their compassion and attention, care and aftercare, we can look back on it with a good feeling. Thanks again. family van der Kroon.

Can not beleive that an x ray costs 150 euro.I waited with a sick puppy 2 hours and they were not able to give me any diagnose.The vet said a specialist is gonna call me tomorrow with explanation.They didnt call.I wont visit them again for sure.

I am writing this in English as I understand that Stad&Land Dierenklinieken is part of the IVC Evidensia group of companies. To my knowledge this is an overseas concern and I suspect the English language might be more understandable to most as opposed to Dutch. I am hoping this letter and the message I want to bring will eventually reach the right people within the organisations chain and some good may come of it. Having been an extremely happy client of the veterinary practice in Landsmeer for the past 30 years When all options have been explored and subsequently exhausted to keep your pet in good health, the only real option left is to make the most difficult call a pet owner can make and request help to put an end to your pets life. It is the most humane thing to do because allowing your pet to suffer just isn’t an option. The emotional rollercoaster a pet owner goes through prior to reaching this important decision isn’t to be taken lightly. I sure you are able to empathise. When Billie eventually reached that point at the beginning of this week, I knew that call had to be made. An appointment had been made a week previously, but due to the vet being ill and Billie having a better week, we agreed to call back to make a new appointment when the time came. And that time was a week later. What I didn’t expect during this call was that Stad&Land Dierenklinieken Landsmeer was too busy and didn’t have the time… nobody within the practice could help that day. I did however receive the tip to contact euthanasieaanhuis.nl. A β€˜mobile doctor death’ if you will. A vet I have had no experience with or previous dealings with. In truth a complete stranger, however, that call needed to be made as my own veterinary practice didn’t have the time. The man in question from euthanasieaanhuis is, I’m sure, an accomplished vet. I don’t doubt that for a second, but he was due to go on vacation the following day. He too was extremely busy and there were so many people that wanted their pets euthanized before he went on vacation, but he would try and squeeze us in… I’m sure you can understand this was an unsettling feeling for such an important task. It made sense to call Stad&Land Landsmeer one again to see if perhaps there was a vet available for the following day. Making our cat as comfortable as possible for an extra day seemed much more preferable than having a stranger perform a β€˜quick, quick, thank you ma’am, end of life procedure. When the called was made and the question asked about availability the following day, we were in fact told there was literally no availability for the entire week… please feel free to allow yourself a moment to have this fact sink in… I have no understanding of the working politics surrounding Stad&Land, but I can assure you from my standpoint the statements made on the Stad&Land website don’t hold up. Passion for animals? Attention for both owners and animals? Vet available day and night? What a shame that the company policy leans more towards a consultancy with the emphasis on a vet being pushed to upsell its inhouse products, than helping an animal. What a shame I felt there was no alternative but to write this letter. If this is how Stad&Land intend to continue its business practices I feel for every pet owner and the consequences. A little compassion goes a long way. And if given the opportunity I would recommend they go elsewhere. I am extremely saddened and beyond disappointed.
