★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charged half price while gym was closed, they said these amounts would be deducted from regular payments once the gym is open again. Far from the truth, I got charged the full amount, I sent them an email but it was responded with a template email that had nothing to do with my query, besides that, they took nearly 10 days to reply...
Edit: They haven't yet reply to my query, they only send u a template answer, that has nothing to do with the original question, in order to gain time until next payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I go to a gym is because I want to workout, however I found the gym to be quite busy and I go at 7am. There is only 1 bench press and 2 squat area, usually they are not enough.
In the morning in order to have a good workout it is a run to be the first one reaching the equipment.

Went for a free trial, gave them my email and some of my data and now they harass me saying I signed up for over a year. Extremely uncomfortable and dodgy marketing strategy I guess?
I left the country one day before the date they claim I signed up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gym is usually over crowded, they are also misleading, month to month contract but charge 2 months to cancel and will send the debt collectors after you even if they have misled you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ God awful rip off gym. Money grubbing creeps who will slip in random conditions, make it hard to cancel, send you direct debits when the gym is closed. Add a trial period on a product that you didn't ask for and then start charging you for it if you don't cancel it.
Customer service representative said something about calendar month notice as if they are renting out some house. DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is already a very very small gym. It has always been crowded, but recently Trainmore decided to take it to a whole other level! So they made a 50% off promotion to attract new prople & gave out so many new memberships that you literally CANNOT have a normal workout anymore - i always spend 20-25 minutes just waiting for the machines to be free. The bench area is always completely full. Not enough equipment, too many people. Why is there not a certain maximum capacity of the gym? Whoever manages this gym is greedy and doesn’t care about the user experience, just selling as many memberships as possible. Absolutely do not recommend this, look elsewhere if you’re looking for a decent gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This trainmore in the de pijp is not a bad gym, as it has pretty much all the necessary equipment you need for a good workout. It is very small though which makes it a bit cramped and it can be very full during peak hours. The locker rooms could use some love in their design as it is very basic and small
