★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al jaren mee gevlogen. Van de betere vliegmaatschappijen! Laatste vlucht was wel de minste. Tig keren werd er keihard omgeroepen, verschrikkelijk storend. Telefonisch ook slecht bereikbaar is ook een minpunt.
 Have flown for years. From the better airlines! Last flight was the worst. There were a number of loud calls, terribly disturbing. Also difficult to reach by phone is also a downside.

ba rude often often travel via tui or klm think go cheap now I'm sure I have double bookings now running a huge gaotic if you ask something they don't know it never will never recommend it to someone I should have read the references then I knew I shouldn't travel through them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a seasoned traveler I know the risks of checking luggage and unfortunately I was the unlucky one to have a lost bag this time around. While not the end of the world, the service following the lost was less than acceptable.
For starters it took 5 days to recover my luggage... and I had to front the cost to make multiple trips to the airport to recover it.. not even a mention from the airline of getting it to me or my hotel in any other way. Between additional taxis, clothing, toiletries, not to mention stress and missed vacation time... all in all a few hours and a few hundred dollars lost.
Finally having my things returned to me I continued the lovely process of filing a claim with the customer service department. I submitted receipts for what I could, and explicit details for what I couldn't...
And then I waited... and waited... and waited. A month has now gone by with no word from the airline. I have made several attempts to contact them but the available online representatives are not "trained to handle my claim".
I gave them every opportunity to rectify the situation... to no avail. In the end all I can say is if you choose to fly with this company, do not check baggage... and do not expect any help.

Apparently when this airline loses your luggage it isn't a "necessity" for you to be able to go to the airport (2 airports in the end) to retrieve it and so they won't cover these costs. What a JOKE! Do not use this company!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a convenient airline for flights within Europe, especially due to their cheap prices and coverage of popular destinations. It is value for money. Do not expect a great service though. Many times online check in just does not work, neither on their website nor through the app.
