β β β β β I can not say enough about the staff at this pharmacy. I am here from the US and needed an antibiotic. They helped me and my doctors office navigate how to do this.......the RX is filled and waiting for pick up. Thank you Boots pharmacy!

β β β β β Excellent staff at the pharmacy here. My prescription's instructions were written in the local language and they helped to translate it. When a particular prescription was not available, they took the extra effort to call up to their airport pharmacy and find out if it was available there. Overall very happy with the visit there.

β β β β β shocked to find out pharmacies are profiteering on life essential commodities; my husband just bought a box of 50 basic masks for β¬50, 4 times of the price I bought it from a pharmacy in Wassenaar; while people live in agony and dying from the recent virus, this pharmacy is putting profit as priority; unacceptable!
When we called them later, they said they could sell it at any price!

β β β β β I'm very sorry to say something bad about one's store, but I'm in a really stressful situation and I am just so disappointed with the service here.
We're on vacation here.
My sister woke up with a lot of pain in the stomach and was constantly throwing up.
So I rushed to the closest pharmacy that was open on sunday and that was this one, in the airport and realized I was an hour early, the pharmacy would only open at 09:00.
It was 09:20 and there wasn't even light in the store yet.
I went around to ask if I was missing something that was written in dutch, but everybody told me that they should be open by now.
My sister is in a lot of pain and they can't even get up to open the pharmacy according go their opening times.
Extremly disappointed.
At 09:25 someone finally slowly walked into the store and took like another 10 minutes to open up... no apology or anything, the pharmaceutist even seemed annoyed by the fact that I was there "so early".
Atleast I got the medicine that I wanted.
Missed the bus though due to this unplanned delay, so thanks to them, that's another hour of suffering for my sister.
So I apologize for this rant but I am super stressed out and this is the worst experience I have had in any pharmacy ever.

β β β β β Very good location but I would not suggest if you need it urgently *unless* you are patient:
I had contacted the pharmacy in the morning to ask if I could get a prescription from abroad. Then I also called the pharmacy later to ask if I could get a prescription from a Dutch doctor sent to that pharmacy. When I called the second time, I could tell the pharmacist sounded annoyed, interrupted me a lot of times and I could not even talk well because my tonsils were swollen. When I was the one who apologised when the pharmacist was being rude to me (well you might say just being direct, but no this was rude), I hang up and tried to ask my Dutch doctor to send the prescription again. I went there physically to check if my prescription was there and since I had NOT told the pharmacist which antibiotic I wanted, she just answered "oh I don't have it". I was like "uhm do you know what I want?? I want Azythromycine" and the reply was "oh that one I have it". Eventually they understood what I wanted, but seriously, I want to ask you directly to be more professional, quit the attitude and answer questions in a helpful manner to people that are sick.
