E	Egon Mosa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fietsdrager besteld omdat ik dacht dat er 3 dagen levertijd zou zijn, na 1,5 week zelf gaan vragen wat de status was en deze zou een week later geleverd worden, na die week nog niets ontvangen en nogmaals zelf de status opgevraagd, het ging nog 2 weken duren..... als ik had geweten dat het zo lang zou duren had ik de fietsdrager ergens anders besteld. Helaas geen proactieve communicatie vanuit deze webshop zelf, mooie website dat wel..... ordered a bicycle carrier because I thought there would be 3 days delivery time, after 1.5 weeks I went to ask myself what the status was and it would be delivered a week later, after that week I still hadn't received anything and requested the status again myself, it was still going take 2 weeks..... If I had known it would take this long, I would have ordered the bike carrier elsewhere. Unfortunately no proactive communication from this webshop itself, nice website though.....

K	Kerstin Lieb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NIE WIEDER! Ich habe bei TravelProShop im Januar einen Thule Fahrradanhänger bestellt. Die Lieferung sollte 6,90 € kosten. Da die Lieferung nach Deutschland gehen sollte, habe ich sicherheitshalber bei dem Unternehmen nachgefragt, ob dieser Preis auch für eine Lieferung nach Deutschland gilt. Dies wurde mir bestätigt. Auch in der zugesandten Auftragsbestätigung wurde die Lieferung mit 6,90 € berechnet. Ca. 1 Woche später erhielt ich von der Niederländischen Post eine E-Mail mit der Aufforderung einen Liefertermin abzustimmen. Am Liefertag habe ich dann festgestellt, dass die Lieferung gar nicht an mich erfolgt, sondern an TravelProShop in Groningen. Auf meine Nachfrage, wann ich mit der Lieferung rechnen kann, teilt mir TravelProShop mit, dass die Versandgebühr nun nicht mehr 6,90 € beträgt, sondern 80,- €, da der bisher genutzte Spediteur nicht mehr zur Verfügung steht. Mir wurde angeboten, dass TravelProShop 50,- € davon übernimmt und ich 30,- €. Ich nenne dies Vorspiegelung falscher Tatsachen! Wir haben uns schlussendlich darauf geeinigt, den Vertrag aufzulösen. Positiv ist, dass die Erstattung des bezahlten Betrages wirklich schnell erfolgte. Dennoch ist dies kein Geschäftsgebaren, daher von mir ein klares NEIN zu diesem Shop! NEVER AGAIN! I ordered a Thule bike trailer from TravelProShop in January. Delivery should cost €6.90. Since the delivery was to go to Germany, to be on the safe side, I asked the company whether this price also applies to a delivery to Germany. This has been confirmed to me. The delivery was also calculated at €6.90 in the order confirmation that was sent. Approximately 1 week later I received an email from the Dutch post office asking me to agree on a delivery date. On the day of delivery, I found out that the delivery was not made to me at all, but to TravelProShop in Groningen. When I asked when I could expect the delivery, TravelProShop informed me that the shipping fee was no longer €6.90, but €80, since the carrier I used up to now is no longer available. I was offered that TravelProShop would pay €50 and I €30. I call this false pretenses! We finally agreed to terminate the contract. The positive thing is that the amount paid was refunded really quickly. Nevertheless, this is not a business practice, so from me a clear NO to this shop!

De jongens daar hebben me perfect geholpen met wat er precies bij moest komen om mn fiets er op te krijgen. Super service! Despite varying reviews, I ordered a roof rack and bicycle rack with accompanying accessories. The guys there helped me perfectly with what exactly needed to be added to get my bike on it. Great service!
B	Ben Finlay on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent aluminium roof bars instead of black. Asked for a replacement and they wouldn’t send them until they received the wrong ones back. As a result they were not delivered in time for my holiday meaning I couldn’t bring my mountain bike. Very very poor service, avoid!!!!!

After a few mails clarifying the issue and a call with Jarno from TravelProShop we've came with a nice solution how to solve my issue using alternative racks. Its normal that sometimes something goes wrong. But a good webshop service does not turn its back on you. TravelProShop hepled me in solving the issue. I definitely appreciate that.
