Trial Attic, cheese tasting by Henri Willig - Reguliersbreestraat 24
Wilt u zien hoe het kaasmaken in zijn werk gaat? Beleef het op Henri Willig’s Proefzolder.
In hartje Amsterdam, nabij het Rembrandtplein naast Bioscoop Tuschinki, vertellen deskundige medewerkers hoe kaas wordt gemaakt. Na deze toelichting en het bekijken van een film over het traditionele ambacht, mag u zelf proeven. U kunt kennismaken met de smaaksensaties van verschillende kwaliteitskazen van Henri Willig, onder het genot van een glaasje wijn, bier of frisdrank.
Er wordt dagelijks een proeverij georganiseerd om 14.00 uur en om 16.00 uur.
De proeverij duurt ongeveer 45 minuten. Er is ruimte voor circa 16 mensen per proeverij. De ruimte is helaas niet rolstoeltoegankelijk.

The guide was super knowledgeable, funny, and made sure to stop at every table to chat. And the cheese was delicious! Make sure to purchase tickets early as our tasting was completely full.
