β β β β β I do visit the shop of L'Occitane in Amsterdam several times per year, and I love the products. Recently I have been served very nicely by a very lovely lady ( a manager I guess) who gave me good product information and lots of useful advice. I have purchased facial travel set of "Immortalle" collection and I am looking forward to try it tonight!
The shop looks and smells great, and it deserves more visitors I guess...
I am happy to become a member, and I will definitely visit more often.

β β β β β I love this store because the staff is very professional and they know about the products and make good suggestions. I try and test multiple products before I make a purchase and that's great. Loccitane is a good brand with great products for delicate skin. Overall, a good experience.

β β β β β The shop itself is great and itβs a pity that I have to leave it a bad review...at least the one in Amsterdam on the shopping street. Passed by today (apr 2021) and, while the employee there was very helpful, she did βforgetβ to put in all the products (and the same for the products/box one should receive as a present when spending above a certain amount). Since i spent quite a significant amount, the behavior is sadly disappointing.
