★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Goede klantenservice, goed product. Helaas was het niet helemaal een match met wat we specifiek zochten. Maar voor de meeste CRM toepassingen echt super, vooral ook de kvk integratie.
 Good customer service, good product. Unfortunately, it didn't quite match what we were specifically looking for. But for most CRM applications really great, especially the Chamber of Commerce integration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meer dan een half jaar aan het aanmodderen geweest met de nieuwe tribecrm applicatie.
Ogenschijnlijk veel belovend; Alles wat je nodig hebt om online samen te werken en het beste uit jouw onderneming te halen geeft de website aan. Vriendelijke helpdesk maar ze hebben ons laten werken met een (beta)versie, emailkoppeling naar gmail werkte niet goed, google agenda koppeling ook niet. Veel beloofd, weinig waargemaakt. Heeft heel veel tijd en geld gekost om het enigszins aan de praat te krijgen.
Snelle jongens, mooie praatjes. We zijn er mee gekapt, beter ten halve gekeerd .... absolute afrader.
Been messing around with the new tribecrm application for more than half a year.
Apparently very promising; Everything you need to collaborate online and get the best out of your company is indicated on the website. Friendly helpdesk but they let us work with a (beta) version, email link to gmail didn't work, google calendar link didn't work either. Much promised, little delivered. Took a lot of time and money to get it working.
Fast guys, nice talk. We have given up on it, better to turn it in half....absolutely not recommended.
