Ik vertrouwde de bank en heb een deel van mijn geld in 'betrouwbare ' certificaten gestopt. Nu ben ik een flink deel van dat geld kwijt en mijn vertrouwen in de bank totaal. Ik wacht op de dag, dat ze ons, hun trouwste supporters, de certificaathouders, schadeloos stellen.
I trusted the bank and put part of my money in 'trusted' certificates. Now I have lost a good part of that money and my trust in the bank completely. I'm waiting for the day when they will indemnify us, their most loyal supporters, the depository receipt holders.

Zoek een andere bank! App werkt slecht als je er uitgegooid word dan moet je alle stappen opnieuw doen. Code aanvragen. Scan ID bewijs mailen. Foto van je gezicht. Is je omgeving te donker dan werkt het niet. Werkt het wel dan moet je twee dagen wachten tot de bank je vrij geeft. En daar moet je €5,00 per maand voor betalen. Ik ga naar de ASN.
Find another bank! App works badly if you get kicked out then you have to do all the steps again. Request code. Email scan ID proof. Photo of your face. If your environment is too dark, it won't work. If it does work, you have to wait two days until the bank releases you. And you have to pay € 5.00 per month for that. I'm going to the ASN.

Triodos lijkt het momenteel druk te hebben met andere zaken dan hun klanten. De wachttijd voor een antwoord op mijn e-mail over de zakelijke rekening kan oplopen tot 5 dagen. Er is ook continue een lange wachtrij voor telefonische support. Dit kan Γ©n moet beter.
Triodos seems to be busy with other things than their customers. The waiting time for an answer to my e-mail about the business account can go up to 5 days. There is also continuously a long queue for telephone support. This can be better.

Wat een waardeloze bank. Aangezien mijn indentifier stuk is kan ik niet op mijn rekening komen. Oplossing: formulier downloaden en insturen naar de bank en dan volgt enige tijd later je indentifier. Al die tijd kun je dus mooi niet naar je rekening. Waardeloze oplossing. Wel erg blij dat ik hier nooit heb belegd, dat is ook al een zooitje hier waar ze maar geen goede oplossing voor vinden. Tijd voor een normale bank.
What a worthless bank. Since my identifier is broken, I can't get into my account. Solution: download the form and send it to the bank, followed by your identifier some time later. So you can't go to your account all that time. Worthless solution. Very glad I never invested here, that's also a mess here for which they just can't find a good solution. Time for a normal couch.

Waardeloze bank We zijn nu bijna 1 jaar bezig met een gezamenlijke rekening openen. We kregen 1 pasje met pin code ook handig op de zelfde dag wij konden de pas niet activeren om dat we het kastje weer niet binnen kregen. Had de 2 de betaalpas 5 weken later ontvangen. Wij dachten eindelijk kunnen we ze activeren maar nee pas 1 was om veiligheid overwegingen geblokkeerd. Toen moesten we de hele verificatie proces weer opnieuw doorlopen 1 cent overmaken id kaart aanleveren etc Paar weken nog geen nieuwe passen ontvangen na bellen met Klantenservive moesten we ineens een heel vragen lijst. Invullen om rekening te kunnen openen.. na paar weken bevestigd dat zij de vragenlijst hebben ontvangen nu langer dan 1 jaar bezig… klaar met deze bank had mijn tijd hier beter niet in kunnen stoppen ADVIES OPEN GEEN REKENING BIJ DEZE BANK
crappy bank We have been opening a joint account for almost 1 year now. We also received 1 pass with a pin code, which is also handy on the same day, we could not activate the pass because we did not receive the box again. Received the 2nd debit card 5 weeks later. We finally thought we could activate them, but no, only 1 was blocked for security reasons. Then we had to go through the entire verification process again, transfer 1 cent, provide ID card etc After a few weeks we still hadn't received new cards after calling Customer Service, we suddenly had a whole questionnaire. Fill in to open an account.. confirmed after a few weeks that they have received the questionnaire, now working for more than 1 year... done with this bank, my time should not have been spent on this ADVICE DO NOT OPEN ACCOUNT WITH THIS BANK

Very satisfied with their customer service as a non-dutch expat. I have been comparing them to ASN Bank and found Triodos customer support to be far friendlier. While neither bank offers English documentation, Triodos customer service worked with me through phone and facebook to satisfy me thoroughly, answering many questions, even transferring me to people with strong English language. There support group is so intimate with one another that that their facebook team messaged me glad to hear I was helped by the phone operators. ASN Bank never offered me such help and instead quickly concluded that it is not in my best interest to bank with them because of the language barrier. I beleive Triodos wants to be involved with internationals as referenced by their greater overall European presence, while ASN cares for Dutch integrity; and there is nothing wrong with that.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK! I didn't mind that the opening of the accounts took over a month, I thought it was an exception. Domestic transfers take 2-3 days, tikkie once took 3 days to arrive! The service is really very poor and now I am busy with closing of the accounts. For almost one month again! I have to write letters, I am making phone calls every day... It's becoming part of my daily routine... Drama. During the fourth call, having the name of the person I spoke to, I was assured, I would receive an update via phone call or email that same day (because that same promise was not kept the day before, did I mention that I call them every day?). Guess if I received the update?
