★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought two Trono chairs directly from Trono at a fair in Germany. Both chairs were broken even bevor they have been used. We contacted the Trono Support (they promise feedback within 24h) already weeks ago - no answer till now. We want to return the chairs and/or receive a replacement.
