Dat was rond 19.30 en nog steeds geen code ontvangen, maar het geld is er wel af! Het gaat om veel geld dus ik hoop echt dat de code nog komt, anders geld terug!
Klantenservice via whatsapp niet bereikbaar!
 Ordered a bol.com voucher for a few hundred euros yesterday evening.
That was around 7.30pm and still haven't received a code, but the money is gone! It is a lot of money so I really hope the code will come, otherwise money back!
Customer service via whatsapp not available!

Steeds maar sturen, maar oplossen doen ze niets. Je kunt met niemand contact opnemen. Oplichters. Ten sterkste af te raden.
Bought a 25€ card. A week later, the code still doesn't work.
They keep sending, but solving they do nothing. You cannot contact anyone. scammers. Strongly not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zalando tegoed besteld van 50 euro. Kreeg een ongeldige code (alleen met cijfers) terwijl je bij Zalando alleen codes kan wisselen met letters erin. Daarna contact opgenomen met custom care bleek het een fout te zijn heb ik een geldige code gekregen
Zalando credit ordered from 50 euros. Received an invalid code (only with numbers) while at Zalando you can only exchange codes with letters in it. After that, I contacted custom care and it turned out to be an error, I received a valid code
