What can I do to prevent this in the future?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn auto is bij deze garage afgekeurd i.v.m een gaatje in de stuurkogel hoes. Het zou me €365,- euro kosten. Dus dit vertrouwde ik niet.
Daarna heb ik mijn auto bij een andere garage bedrijf laten keuren...En dit koste mij €35,-.
Waarschijnlijk is dit tijdens het controleren op speling van de stuurkogel gebeurt. Maar ik heb geen bewijs.
 My car was rejected at this garage due to a hole in the steering ball joint cover. It would cost me €365,- euros. So I didn't trust this.
Then I had my car inspected by another garage... And this cost me €35.
This probably happened while checking for play in the steering ball joint. But I have no proof.
