Contact is very bad even if the airline company canceled your flight 2 times this website wants money from you to change the dates. worst company ever!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked 5 tickets via Vliegwinkel.nl for flights with South African Airlink in November 2020. Due to Corona we had to change flights to November 2021. We have send 26 mails and apps to Vliegwinkel.nl to request change of tickets and received wrongs answers and/or every time different answers. Airlink informed Vliegwinkel to help us but they simply ignored us and took no action. My advise as ex-director of the National Board of Tourism of The Netherlands and member of the European Travel Commission? Book never via Travix/Vliegwinkel.nl but always direct by the airline!

Stay away, and report these disgusting people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By far the worst travel agency that exists. You cannot contact them by phone and the staff who respond via webchat and messenger simply lie as they please or decide not to respond at all randomly during the “conversation”.
Stay clear of this business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked tickets via Vliegwinkel.nl which INCLUDED a 15kg luggage allowance.
But to my big surprise when checking in at the airport I didn't have luggage included in my two tickets.. which resulted in me having to pay extra to be able to take my suitcase with me, this is a very nice surprise when you're already at the airport and have to pay the premium price to be able to take your luggage with you.
Resulting in twice extra costs for the to and from flight which were unforeseen.
Vliegwinkel.nl however uses the classical approach of totally ignoring all communication with me to set this right.
This is a SCAM party, never use vliegwinkel.nl or any related site, book with the airline themselves, at least you know what you can expect.
