★ ★ ★ ★ ★ filiaalmanager is niet redelijk laat je niet uitpraten en zet je de winkel uit als het haar te heet onder haar voeten word. ze mag wel eens op hun eigen site kijken hoe verwacht word hoe je met klanten en klachten om moet gaan. Als je komt betalen staat de deur open maar als je hun geconfronteerd dat je niet te vreden bent gaat de deur weg!
branch manager is not reasonable do not let yourself be finished and turn off the store if the hair becomes too hot under her feet. they may look on their own site to see how you are expected to deal with customers and complaints. If you come to pay, the door is open, but if you confront them that you cannot be satisfied, the door will go away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tui zelf is goed. Reisbureau personeel slecht op hoogte van de dingen die moeten gebeuren. Dag voor vakantie de vraag gesteld of ze de boarding passen konden uitprinten volgens hun hoefde dat niet vervolgens moesten we dit op Schiphol nog doen. Ze vertelde ons wel dat we de Spaanse formulieren het beste konden uitprinten en dit kon gewoon via de telefoon.
Tui itself is good. Travel agency staff poorly informed about the things that need to be done. We were asked the day before vacation whether they could print out the boarding passes according to them, then we had to do this at Schiphol. She did tell us that it was best to print the Spanish forms and this could be done over the phone.
