Levering en plaatsing vlot en volgens afgesproken planning! Communicatie over veranderingen, planning etc verliep netjes en goed. Zoals in elk groot project gaan er wel eens dingen mis, maar na melding goede en snelle service wederom weer met goede communicatie. Kortom erg tevreden! Very satisfied with our new bathroom! Pleasant and good advice in the showroom when selecting. Given the limited budget, solutions were also considered. Delivery and installation smoothly and according to agreed schedule! Communication about changes, planning etc went smoothly and well. As in any large project, things sometimes go wrong, but after reporting good and fast service again with good communication. In short, very satisfied!

Heb gebeld en kreeg een medewerker aan de lijn die zei dat ruilen voor een andere kleur tegels geen probleem was. Bij aankomst dezelfde dag werd mij door een andere medewerker, tw dhr van Driel schaamteloos medegedeeld dat ruilen niet kan. Dat mij dit telefonisch door een andere medewerker was beloofd bleek niets waard. Ik mocht mijn pakketje tegels weer meenemen. Ongelofelijk dat je als klant zo respectloos en onbetrouwbaar wordt behandeld door dit bedrijf. Had bought a box of wall tiles but the color turned out to be slightly different with the light at home than in the artificially illuminated showroom. I called and got an employee on the line who said that exchanging for another color of tiles was not a problem. On arrival the same day I was shamelessly informed by another employee, namely Mr. Driel, that exchange is not possible. The fact that this was promised by another employee by telephone turned out to be worth nothing. I was allowed to take my package of tiles with me again. Unbelievable that you as a customer are treated so disrespectfully and unreliable by this company.

Het werk is nooit afgemaakt, de lastige stukken van badkamers zijn niet uitgevoerd en ze zijn gewoon nooit meer komen opdagen. Zéér slechte tot geen communicatie, nooit terug gebeld/mailed worden, afspraken niet nakomen, schofterige behandeling, ondoorzichtige rekeningen. Rechtsbijstand ingeschakeld, deze gaf aan dat dit bedrijf al bij hen bekend was en er meerdere zaken tegen hen lopen. Tuijps Tegels maakt uiteindelijk zonder instemming een kleine vergoeding over die niet in realiteit tot werkelijke kosten èn vertraging staat. Dat bedrijven die op deze wijze omgaan met klanten nog bestaan, totaal onbegrijpelijk. Hier zit werkelijk onkundig en oneerlijk management achter, ze zouden zich rot moeten schamen. De enige goede recensie hier is van personeel zelf. Wat hun respons ook moge zijn, de onbeschofte, slinkse en onprofessionele wijze van handelen is niet te rechtvaardigen. Mijn advies aan iedereen die de intentie heeft om met dit bedrijf een overeenkomst aan te gaan is eerst recensies en reviews van meerdere bronnen te verifiëren en zich daarna tweemaal te bedenken. Uiterst teleurstellend, wees gewaarschuwd! Really DRAMATIC Here I bought a batch of tiles for 110 m2 including laying the tiles. The work was never finished, the awkward parts of bathrooms were not carried out and they simply never showed up again. Very poor to no communication, never being called back / mailed, not complying with agreements, wither handling, opaque accounts. Legal assistance turned on, this indicated that this company was already known to them and several cases were pending against them. Tuijps Tegels ultimately transfers a small fee without approval, which does not actually represent actual costs and delays. That companies that deal with customers in this way still exist, totally incomprehensible. There is really unskilled and unfair management behind this, they should be ashamed of themselves. The only good review here is from staff themselves. Whatever their response may be, the rude, devious and unprofessional way of acting cannot be justified. My advice to anyone intending to enter into an agreement with this company is to first review reviews and reviews from multiple sources and then think twice. Extremely disappointing, be warned!
c	cyril gorrieri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional and terrible customer service. I have bought a new built apartment and the construction company was working with Tuijps for the bathroom. I went to the showroom to discuss my request and we agreed on dimensions of parts of the bathroom and it was sent to the construction company and signed. Recently I went to check the work done and I saw that all dimensions are off by 2.5cm. It doesn’t seem much on scale of a wall, but on a scale of a small inset with an expected height of 25cm it is 10% difference! And the look and feel is definitely not what I requested. I contacted Tuijps and they just explained to me that the measurements given are always excluding the thickness of the tiles. After checking all the document I signed, I didn’t find any evidence that this was ever mentioned. On top of that, the thickness of the tiles was also never mentioned anywhere. So how could I have known what to expect? I explained all that to Tuijps (Gertjan in particular) and he just completely rejected being at fault with a coldness I have never experienced as a customer. I find that outrageous and looking at the previous reviews I am not surprised. I will request legal advice as this is not professional at all and the company does not seem open to even admit the lack of details or poor communication.
