R	R Koopmans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ leuk bedrijf .. maar krijg alleen maar krome planken , en het krimt als de ziekte.. en als je de planken ruilt krijg je gewoon weer dezelfde planken mee. en mag je weer de volle pond betalen.. ik kom er nooit weer . nice company .. but only get chrome planks, and it shrinks like the disease ... and when you swap the boards you just get the same planks again. and you can pay the full price again .. I will never come again.

En met de baas zelf kan ik altijd prima zaken doen. Ben vanwege de bezorgkosten bij anderen gaan kijken. Maar voor spullen die ik kan afhalen ga ik nog steeds het liefst daarheen. Only good experiences with this company. Started as a sole proprietorship and last week I saw two employees. And with the boss himself I can always do great business. Am looking at others because of the delivery costs. But for stuff that I can pick up, I still prefer to go there.

Zulke vriendelijke mensen en altijd bereid om duidelijk en helder te vertellen hoe het zit.... Ik kom hier al een paar jaar, regelmatig ook voor grotere projecten.... Ben altijd verbaasd..... vriendelijkheid staat bovenaan... Adviseer ook een hoop mensen om om naar dit adres te gaan... En ik hoor ook altijd van diegene die ik heb gestuurd dat het helemaal oké was... Ik zou zeggen zet hem op en ga zo door... By exception I will say it again at the beginning of my review do not influence anyone or anything this is really worth five stars ... Deze waren gelijk op lengte, zodat ik ze gelijk aan de bestaande schuttingpalen kon plaatsen. Nu zat er 1 plak bij die te kort was. Geen probleem dacht ik, die kan je zo omruilen en ik zou er nog 3 bij bestellen. Dus een mailt je gestuurd, maar tot mij verbazing word ik er gelijk van beschuldig, zeer klantonvriendelijke mailtje, dat ik deze plank afgezaagd hebben. Waarom zou ik dat doen!! Na wat heen en weer gemaild te hebben komt het er op neer dat ik lieg en dat zij geen fouten maken. Ik koop daar nooit weer wat. Very customer unfriendly. I ordered wood planks for my fence. These were equal in length, so that I could place them directly on top of the existing fence posts. Now there was 1 slice that was too short. No problem, I thought, you can exchange it and I would order 3 more. So an email was sent to you, but to my surprise I am immediately accused of a very customer-unfriendly email that I sawed off this board. Why would I do that!! After emailing back and forth it comes down to me lying and not making mistakes. I will never buy anything there again.
w	westerbroeker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geen planken uitzoeken...bovenaf pakken. 2 km verderop zijn ze aardig vriendelijker. No picking out shelves...grab from the top. 2 km away they are quite friendlier.

Ze haalde de planken weer van onze aanhanger af en zei ga maar naar de bouwmarkt, daar kan je ze uitzoeken. Wij zijn weggegaan zonder hout voor ons geen tuinplank.nl zuidbroek meer How so kind? You were not allowed to put crooked planks aside, you were simply obliged to take them. The lady-to-be got really angry!!!!! She took the boards off our trailer again and said go to the hardware store, you can pick them up there. We left without wood, no more tuinplank.nl zuidbroek for us

I went back to the store and asked if I can switch it. The woman denied my request with an interesting tone of voice and let me know “it’s wood, this part of the deal”. Not the service I expected! **Update and reaction to the sellers answer: Funny that you said this. I had the plank in my car and I began my sentence that I have a plank with me from my purchase last time… There was NO interest in seeing it.
