★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a mortgage with Tulp Hypotheken. When I asked a question via (multiple) emails, no one responded for months.
When calling them, they are telling me that a specialist would call me back but that never happened.
I'm still trying to get to someone to speak with, and meanwhile, looking to switch for another, more customer friendly mortgage provider.
My recommendation - absolutely avoid.
