β β β β β If you want to make yourself a big favor do NOT rent from this company. They will be very helpful in the beginning to find a place and then they will ignore any problem that you might have. There use to be more reviews but it looks like they reset the account as they were 80% bad. Also if they need something for you they gonna bully and scare so you can pay and have no time to complain. And also say goodbye to your deposit. PS: if you rent get a lawyer insurance cos you will need it for sure :)

β β β β β READ THIS BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS AGENCY!!!
I was renting a short stay apartment with this company over summer 2021. It was very hot inside the flat, as only a single tiny window was available across two rooms. No ventilation at all, which was agful especially for teleworking during COVID time. All my complains (emails, phone calls, etc.) remained ignored and no alternative solutions proposed. This art of service cannot be customer oriented and does not even deserve a single star.
THE BEST AT THE END - the diposit return deadline is now nearly a month overdue according to the lease contract. The deposit has not been returned yet. The same story again: numerous emails, phone calls from my side remained ignored. The issue has been communicated to my lawyer, which should take this case under umbrella of justice.
SUMMARY - if you do not want to repeat the experience happening to me then think twice before signing the contract with this company.
PS. I tend to agree with reviewers who mentioned some rating reset manipulations.
