Slechte communicatie en slecht onderhoud. Ik heb met een aantal studenten in een huis gewoond dat door dit bedrijf werd beheerd. In het anderhalf jaar dat ik hier gewoond heb, hebben we elke paar maanden geklaagd over het niet goed werkende warme water. Dit is nooit opgelost. Na controle van de gemeente bleken nog wat zaken niet veilig te zijn, zoals het gammele balkonhek. Uiteindelijk moesten we allemaal het pand uit, omdat de huisbaas zijn vergunningen niet op orde bleek te hebben. Hoewel de huisbaas hier op tijd van op de hoogte was, heeft het beheer dit nooit aan ons door gecommuniceerd en stond een half jaar later de gemeente aan onze deur om ons te vertellen dat we er zo snel mogelijk uit moesten. Er werd ons toen door de makelaar beloofd dat we als tegemoetkoming voorrang zouden krijgen op een andere kamer bij hun, maar toen ik op andere kamers reageerde kreeg ik te horen dat "andere mensen in dezelfde situatie zitten en ook voorrang krijgen". Deze voorrangsregeling was dus volstrekt nutteloos. Kortom huisjesmelkers van de puurste soort. We hebben in de winter zonder warm water gezeten, waterschade na een overstroming is in anderhalf jaar tijd nooit verholpen, en we werden zonder enige tegemoetkoming eruit gegooid.
Poor communication and poor maintenance. I have lived with some students in a house managed by this company. In the year and a half that I have lived here, we have complained every few months about the malfunctioning hot water. This has never been resolved. After an inspection by the municipality, it turned out that some things were not safe, such as the rickety balcony railing. In the end we all had to leave the building, because the landlord didn't seem to have his permits in order. Although the landlord was aware of this in time, the management never communicated this to us and six months later the municipality was at our door to tell us that we had to get out as soon as possible. We were then promised by the broker that we would get priority to another room with them as compensation, but when I responded to other rooms I was told that "other people are in the same situation and also get priority". This priority arrangement was therefore completely useless. In short, slum landlords of the purest kind. We were without hot water in the winter, water damage after a flood has never been fixed in a year and a half, and we were kicked out without any compensation.

Found a nice and suitable apartment for myself. According to the words of the agent, they just got the keys for the apartment so concluded that I would be the first one who will see it. Checked it out on an afternoon. The apartment's state was in accordance in real with the advertisement's info but the photos showed a nicely furnished apartment although they advertised it without furnitures. Asked for a short thinking time, the agent answered I can decide till next day 9 am. Finally I replied one hour later that we can start the administration I would like to rent it out. They replied quickly that my mail was seen and they will get back to me with the topic in four days. When the four days passed, I got a one line reply: they rented out to someone else, and wished good luck. So maybe they already had a candidate when I viewed it but then why did they even approved the viewing? And why did they put me on a four days of waiting if it was already decided that someone else will get it?
