β β β β β Perfect location with many restaurants and bars. The rooms are AMAZING. Super clean, with additional disinfectant left just for you. The small but impressive kitchen in the room has everything you need to cook. The parking spaces are large and easy to find. Great experience overall, when I will be back in Amsterdam I'm going to be staying there again.

β β β β β Me and my partner (and 10 month olf daughter) opted to stay here for a couple of weeks as we re-located to The Netherlands- and this was a temporary property whilst we found another. We drove from airport (15 mins drive) to hotel, and parked in the underground car park- conveniently directly beneath the hotel (Note: car park not owned by hotel). This car park is accessible via a lift / narrow (and steep!) staircase which leads up and out or into the hotels 'side door'.
We checked in easily, and the hotel staff were extrememly friendly- and the team helped us with our tonnes of luggage up to our room. This was great as travelling with a small child meant any extra help we can get made the experience much more pleasant.
The room was #314, on the 3rd floor overlooking the 'market square' directly outside the hotel. It was spacious, had 2 bedrooms (king sized double beds in each) with their own bathrooms inc shower rooms. The rooms were well equiped with modern kitchen, TV, strong Wi-Fi, towels, and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, hair net, nail files etc).
House keeping came a couple of times a week and left notes if they couldnt do something on a particular day- a nice personal touch, which notified you when they would complete the tasks etc. Housekeeping kept the rooms very clean, fresh linen regularly and multiple changes of towels. Very satisfying.
Other amenities available- including washing machine (3 Euro token charge per wash), there is also a dryer available. And in the basement there is a gym and sauna. Gym is a little small, but it has all the main machines you would expect for a decent full body work out. During Covid times you just needed to book a time slot to get access- cleaning products were available to sanitise machinery 'as you go'... a free cold water dispenser and lockers are available to use.
Hotel is conveniently located next to a market square which despite what its suggests is not noisy at all. there are nice bars, cafes and bakeries around it, as well as a large supermarket (so you do ot have to 'eat out' all the time). Accross the road is the Dutch Olympic Stadium, and behind that some really nice canals and footpaths to explore- so peaceful that you do not feel like you are in a busy city at all. There is also a full sized running track and football pitches available to use.
Right outside the hotel is a tram stop which has trams running every 15/20 mins directly into Central Amsterdam (takes 20-25mins max)- very convenient.
Overall I would return- the staff in this hotel were ace, they could not do enough to help, and were super friendly to have a chat with. Travelling with a baby was no problem- rooms seemed super 'sound proofed' and there was a travel cot and baby highchair available to use (all very clean). the whole place felt like a home from home and we really enjoyed our stay.
Thanks very much to the hotel management and the team- youre all awesome!

β β β β β The Twentyeight Hotel and everyone involved made my stay wonderful for a month. In a nutshell: thoughtful, modern and beautiful rooms with really everything you need, alongside a team of highly reliable, very caring and friendly staff, and a service and concept that is perfect for expats looking for accommodation over an extended period of time.
I was very pleased with the workspace in the lobby, the Honesty Bar, the Gym and Spa area, the very comfortable bed and neat kitchen facilities, the small thoughtful gifts on arrival and in between, along with the staff's many tips about the city.
Thank you for a wonderful time and best regards. I can highly recommend the Twentyeight Hotel to any expat or vacationer. Greatest praise once again to the entire staff!

β β β β β Very good Hotel! I already stayed there four times and it was always excellent! Everything was very clean and the staff is very friendly. The only thing they might improve is the breakfast (that is already good) in order to serve a more complete one!

β β β β β Where do I start? Excellent service, beautiful staff from the cleaning team to the management and front desk. A place that feels like luxury but in a tasteful way, incredible attention to detail & customer care. Beautiful design. Always sleep really well there too. Nice honesty bar and great breakfast that can be delivered to your room. Best place to stay in Amsterdam. Now we donβt go anywhere else!
