★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It seemed like a theme in amsterdam but with a few notable exceptions most people in this country looked as if they had the worst day of their life. If not neutral, they were unfriendly people overall. The aircon was busted and at 30 degrees it didnt even heat up the room; cold air came out of it. Luckily there was an old school heater in the room. that managed to get us by and warm up a bit. The bathroom was small and cramped with changing shower temperature from too hot to too cold. Room cleaning service existed as a formality. They didnt clean up anything at all; they just made the bed and exchange towels and toiler paper. The hotel is close to supermarkets and the tram so good location wise, i guess

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a great stay. Got the room at a fair price and the staff were really friendly.
The hotel is quite far from the city centre but the tramline and metro are both within walking distance.
The room was really clean and the bed size and comfort was great. AC and radiator both worked perfectly.
A downside is there is nothing like a kettle with tea and coffee. You don't even get a bottle of water.
