★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aller eerst moeten ze de producten die ze aanbieden correct afbeelden en omschrijven... ik deed een aankoop van een duo verpakking en kreeg maar 1 stuk geleverd... toen ik ging kijken of ikzelf iets mis had gedaan was mijn duo verpakking onvindbaar geworden op de website... blijkbaar hadden ze deze zelf aangepast omdat alsook mijn productcode onvindbaar was... na meerdermalen bellen naar de klantendienst; waar niemand opneemt; ben ik beginnen chatten in Messenger. Daar gaven ze toe dat er met het aangeven van het desbetreffende product een fout was gelopen maar dat ik het op eigen kosten wel mocht terug zenden en zij zouden het vergoeden... ik ben geen held in verzend codes aanmaken dus vroeg hen om deze voor me aan te maken, twee maal hebben ze me deze beloofd en niets ontvangen... ik koop hier niets meer dit is echt niet oke!
First of all, they must correctly portray and describe the products they offer... I bought a duo packaging and only received 1 piece... when I went to see if I had done something wrong, my duo packaging could not be found on the website... apparently they had adapted it themselves because also my product code could not be found... after calling customer service several times; where no one picks up; i started chatting in messenger. There they admitted that there was an error with the declaration of the product in question but that I could return it at my own expense and they would reimburse it... I am not a hero in creating shipping codes so asked them to to create me, twice they have promised me this one and received nothing... I am not buying anything here anymore this is really not okay!
