Auch sehr dünnhäutig was Kritik (konstruktiv bzw. sachlich) angeht. Schmollreaktion. Ich finde die Firma nicht empfehlenswert da dazu preislich noch im teuersten Drittel aller Angebote. Auftritt auch vor Ort vom Senior äusserst fragwürdig. Burschikos contact on the phone, bossy and patronizing. The lady and junior were unfriendly. Neither open to suggestions nor solution-oriented. Also very thin-skinned when it comes to criticism (constructive or factual). Pout reaction. I do not find the company to be recommended as it is priced in the most expensive third of all offers. Appearance on site by the senior extremely questionable.

In diesem Zuge musste die Verrohrung und Isolation der Heizungs- und Wasserleitung ebenfalls erneuert werden. Installiert wurde eine Vitovalor PT2 von Viessmann. Von Angebot über Projektierung bis hin zur Fertigstellung wurden alle Erwartungen und auch Kundenwünsche 100% erfüllt. Die Arbeiten wurden sehr sauber ausgeführt und auch die offenen Fragen während der Installation wurden grundsätzlich beantwortet. Nach erfolgtem Einbau der Anlage wurde ich zur Inbetriebnahme hinzugezogen und vollumfänglich in die Anlage eingewiesen. Auch im Nachhinein auftretende Fragen wurden immer unmittelbar beantwortet. Das Kommunikationsverhalten, die Ausführung der Arbeiten, die Sauberkeit der Arbeitsstätte und die Zeitplanung waren auf den Punkt. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis im Gegensatz zu anderen vorliegenden Angeboten entsprachen ebenfalls meinen Vorstellungen. Ich kann diese Unternehmen ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen und bedanke mich an dieser Stelle noch einmal ganz herzlich für mein Projekt „Heizungssanierung“ I had a new heating system installed by this company. Bei uns gab es eigentlich kein Problem- wir haben einfach nur die Technik der neuen Heizungsanlage nicht verstanden??... Der Mitarbeiter hat sich die Zeit genommen alles nochmal genau zu erklären- und alles ist top!!!? Einwandfrei- super Leute?? ...und bei uns ging's übrigens schnell, ich weiss garnicht was alle haben...? Really very friendly and patient with older people !!! ? There was actually no problem with us - we just didn't understand the technology of the new heating system?? ... The employee took the time to explain everything again exactly - and everything is great !!! ? Impeccable- great people?? ... and with us it went quickly, by the way, I don't know what everyone has ... ?
